My good friend lives there.

I just text him, and he said they are saying it is either from chemical rain related to a leak from DuPont, or a mold related to the recent flooding.

He says he is going to keep researching. If i hear anything i will post back.

Chattanooga is neither East nor West. Tennessee is distinctly 3 regions. The rest of us don't particularly claim the Western portion and we limit our time there as well. I have no idea how it feels for a Westerner to get confused with one of us but we sure don't appreciate it when the confusion runs the other way.

It is tongue in cheek but I'm not exactly kidding...
