Oh my good lord! :o That makes me soooo hungry! I would love to try that! My husband and I are always cooking with Italian sausage but it's Johnsonville. Not the most authentic but it tastes better than most that's available here.

We would love to find a good butcher around here that had some good steak and sausage..... Maybe we should open up one....
