Clinton: Obama Administration To Sue Arizona Over Immigration Law
QUESTION: Thank you very much. I would like to start with the immigration debate in the United States. The recently approved law in Arizona has presented sort of a difficult scenario for the President Obama Administration. According to some polling, half of the United States has approved this law and maybe other states would like to implement it. How’s Obama Administration dealing with this debate? Is the immigration law near reality?
SECRETARY CLINTON: Well, Andrea, first, let me say how pleased I am that I have this chance to talk to you about these and other important issues. President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy. And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act. But the more important commitment that President Obama has made is to try to introduce and pass comprehensive immigration reform. That is what we need. Everyone knows it, and the President is committed to doing it.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform = Amnesty
Federal Government determining Immigration Policy = States have no autonomous Rights

What a stupid law suit when you concider that the AZ law mirrors the Federal law. Fuck Mexico anyway!!! The people have every right to defend themselves against an armed invasion.

Big O is a lawyer, that's how he was taught to solve problems, by suing.
President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy
Screw what he thinks, he's not the dictator-in-chief.

You can put a monkey in a tux and he still will be a monkey.........the law is the law, you either change it (which they will do) or implement it.

FEDS cant do dirt, they are getting very afraid that they do not hold power any longer, it's obvious in my world. If they sue they will lose, wont even tie AZ up in court over it.

It would be interesting to say the least. Perhaps even . . . "unprecedented". ;D
Obama wants to sue AZ because he wants to be responsible for the task he is refusing undertake.
Pure insanity.

If AZ loses, then you'll know for damn sure that the federal government's "law" will reign supreme and that there is no such thing as "states rights."

I'd say we past that somewhere 90 years back, but it's never too late to give it a shot. So to speak. ;D

If Brewer is serious, she needs to issue an Executive Order to fly the Arizona flag above the US flag, until the Federal regime honors its obligation to "protect from invasion" the State of Arizona.

Pure insanity.
Absolutely right. Pure insanity, and criminality.
I am so sick of these people in the fedgov and all of their followers.
Are there not any decent, America-loving people with any power in this country?
People who can start to push back so the rest of us can support them?!
I had hopes for some like Jim Webb of Virginia; he seemed like a normal human being.
There should be a group who bands together and starts speaking for the American people
and the Constitution.
I am totally sick of this sh*t.

I think there are people like that, but the fear of waking up one day to discover that they are involved in a plot to kill their wife or suddenly highly inappropriate material is found on their hard drive, or being "suicided" . . . I think that type of stuff is keeping people from forming groups. I can't say as I blame anyone for being afraid to rise up.
Leaders who emerge will likely be quelled, one way or another. I like the idea of leaderless resistance . . . but I'd prefer to have a leader.

Let me get this straight: Our own Attorney General, Goddard, will not defend this case, because he sides with Soetoro. WTF!!!!
The people of AZ ELECTED him to do this exact thing, should it arise. He was elected to defend our States stance on whatever we fucking tell him too. How is this Lawful? (Hint: ITS NOT!)
And now the State will hire a 'Private' Attorney house to represent this case, AND OUR STATE.
This is so fucked, it is unbelievable. This is straight out of the old Soviet Union, psycho politics, crooked political tactics and the Government(s) doing whatever the hell they want to. Completely and 100% outside of the Rule of Law.
But hey, i took my name off the Voter Registration, so i have no horse in this race.
But i will continue to call 'em like i see 'em.
