Happy Friday!
Another round of bank closures should occur today. Last week had no winners and a stunning one (1) bank closed.
This is pathetic on a number of levels
- 300+ banks are insolvent
- ~90 didn't bother to make their TARP repayment
- The staff for the FDIC was doubled this year
- There are thousands of banks across the country that are "troubled"
How many will go down today?
Please cast your vote by 5 pm EDT and for the Ruprick choose one state/district/commonwealth that will be honored.
