20 banks have missed at least four payments
eight banks have missed five payments

Banks Obviously in Trouble

Reuters reported yesterday that 91 banks missed their May 17th TARP payments.

obviously, an increasing number of banks are struggling to meet their obligations

600 banks still owe the government payments under the TARP program

When a person does this we all know what happens.
Is there a scheduled escalation in place for this "behavior"? Don't even bother answering we all know the answer.
