The USCON does not grant any powers to the people. And the people cannot use the USCON to usurp powers delegated to the U.S. and State governments. The USCON is a compact between the States united and the United States, in Congress assembled. The private people are not party to the compact. Never were. Never can be.

From what this fool says, the court was NOT a court of public record - otherwise the court transcript would be in the public domain - in the local county courthouse. In fact, such "private" courts and juries are without any authority of law, despite his bleating that they were empowered by the USCON. (The U.S. government, re-organized by the USCON, is a FOREIGN CORPORATION with respect to any state.)

There is NO AUTHORITY for private people (or subject citizens) to convene a court outside of the delegated authority of the duly elected officials and officers.

It would be no different than a group of people forming a board of directors for MacDonald's and then giving their orders to the CEO and employees to arrest a "Big Mac". Such a fraud has no authority nor power behind it.

The "powers" are giving this fool and his helpers plenty of rope to hang themselves with... and give ample ammunition to dismiss any future challenges - no matter how valid - by association with these nimrods.
