per TOD, the top hat is off and this does not seem to be intentional. It was to be replaced next week.

Something is going on down there.

They pulled the cap off the bop earlier in the day.

To me it looks like they are putting the cap back on.

It looks like we are seeing the top of the bop now.

I like how the dispersants have flowed constantly out of the cap even though it is off.

They're not online for me, I'll have to try another, I heard earlier the woman driving one of the submersables, backed into the "Cap" and knocked it off kilter... :D
