Democrat Eliot Spitzer will appear with Republican Kathleen Parker on a new round-table talk show this fall on CNN, according to the Associated Press. The show is not yet named, and other contributors have not been decided upon.

Ex-governor Spitzer has been attempting to orchestrate a political comeback since his involvement with a prostitution ring was discovered last year. His decision to host the television program signals that he will not be making the early return to politics he had hoped for.



Parker is a conservative journalist who has won multiple awards for her journalism and memorably attacked Sara Palin in her column, Palin Problem.

The show will air at 8 p.m. in the spot Cambell Brown vacated this spring. She resigned in May due to low ratings.

More and more I think Spitzer was taken down just to pave the way for wall street to continue raping and pillaging everyone.

Now that their bailouts are set in stone and the myth of Too Big To Fail is in everyone's mind, they can get their lackey Spitzer back in the politico game.

Spitzer was one pol who had the position and possibly, the inclination, to take down the big criminal banks. within one week of his stating as much in the Washington Post - he had his prostitute problem.

and we never got to find out if Spitzer had the guts to do what needs to be done to Wall Street.

between that situation and the Gulf Oil Disaster, "mistress problems" seem very minor.
