That is the case here and most cases when "freedom of speech" is hampered in situations like these. I don't care what society you live in (on earth), control the money and you control everything else.


As far as Shariah law today as it's practiced seems to contradict the Qur'an.....not unlike how "Israel's" law might contradict the Torah.......or how those that claim to follow the Gospel love to go to war or at least invite it.

I'm not arguing that, what I am saying is that Whites are the only ethnic group who can govern themselves as history proves.

A honest look at the period called reconstruction and onward yields a picture of legislative corruption beyond belief. Many of the “Amendments” of those days were not properly ratified and just adopted as law. I’m not sure about the nineteenth amendment but there was a definite conspiracy to create change that took us away from our constitutional roots. The fifty two year period from 1868 to 1920 radically changed the way the USA elected representatives and ushered in fiat debt based money.

I rather doubt that men gave away their power to women, by granting them the right to vote.

The constitution is perhaps next to the magna carta is one of the greatest human
works and words of men.

Now more to the point..

From the time these great works have been written , depending on the times and political atmosphere
at the times. Words are words and hold nothing to real life except to give guide lines to give equality of
men in a world of man. (sorry lady's it is the way things are written, you count also) These words have
been used as a loose guide for the governments in power at the time. over history.

Some governments have held close to these articles and others have not.

Sorry to say the racist and screwballs that want to wind back the clock hands 100-200 years are a small
minority and other than being vocal and sometimes sort of stinky.

There is nothing that can be done other than vote to try to get someone into the gov that may if enough are elected and have the same agenda . you are left of trying to piss up wind into a hurricain.

Private-property owners have every right to use their private properties however they see fit & so long as they're not using the properties to commit, or intending to commit, criminal activities.

In this case, the individuals were standing outside the property so their actions should be considered completely legal.

Well, about as free as we are now.

There may have been a brief shining point in their history, like ours, where they experimented with freedom. I honestly don't know.

I think you'll find a lot of Indians and Pakistanis would prefer us to have a freer society... they grew up with more freedom over there, although much of it was freedom through police laziness and corruption. Either way, they saw how things can work just fine without rules and cops everywhere so they don't fear freedom as people here do. However, they do draw the line at freedom when it conflicts with their religion, unfortunately.

One challenge we face here is the impression that we're more open and free than we used to be. People don't understand that once upon a time, you really could do just about anything you wanted as long as you didn't hurt anyone. Drugs were all legal, gun control was unheard of, prostitution was a just job, homosexuals were homosexual, and smut was smut (it was probably first created about 1 day after the invention of the camera). People tend to think of our history as some romantic time when everyone lived as fictional characters in an old romance novel, dressed perfectly and never cursing nor sinning and the kids didn't drink until 25 or have sex out of wedlock. They have it mixed up with stories they read about witch hunts, and what they've seen in old movies.

So, when people compare modern day america to what they think we were (super christian, drug free, wonderful polite people that lived under strict laws) they think we've progressed. They don't know that we're actually far less free than we once were.

And on the other side, the abortion guys get me the most, talking about how great it was before we had the procedure. I mean, get real, long before abortions they would just drown any kid that didn't look right before it was a day old, christian or not. There was no "right to life" back then, they knew they had to do it or the best the kid could hope for was being laughed at in a freak show.

There is simply so much BS out there in people's heads about how things used to be, that I'd say the brief period of time when America actually was free is basically forgotten. It was fair, but hard and occasionally brutal and people would rather pretend it didn't happen and instead believe the past was all Gone with the Wind.
