I have watched that a few times now, and I have a hard time seeing the bubbles (not doubting this guy)

just need a better video

Maybe it is methane, that report said it was a million times the normal level.

maybe the wave action releases some of it from the water.???

I have surfed for over 40 years...salt water foams...Foam= bubbles
I think it could look like it was boiling.... Especially if you were looking and imagining that it might .

I've seen bubbling along the beach as well. Think it's common. Just along the beach though, not further out.

almost looks like a little fizz dust coming out of the water. My son questioned the methane idea and I pointed out that the methane would just bubble out, not fizz. Has anyone come across some of the basic ingredients used in this billions of gallons of dispersant? Methane is bad but I do not think they would blocade the entire area including a no fly zone if this wasn't some sort of false flag and cover-up.

This is ugly, nasty and it stinks of death for the Elite, yes FOR the Elite not from the elite, lets put our minds against them instead of against each other for a while and see what transpires. This voodoo stuff has me all confused now but heck, I'm willing to give it a whirl if it can help a single person we did good.

Appears to have more "hop" than a regular white wash.

I don't think video does it justice, but can see what the guy is talking about.

If you look closely at the the white water it hops more so than normal white water, you'd probably only recognize it if you are very familiar with the beach.

It looked totally normal to me too, but if you watch the first video from 20 seconds to 30 second and look near the bottom of the screen maybe that's what he's talking about? Looks like it could be much larger filmy bubbles. It is difficult to tell with the poor quality.
