I was going to call most of those unfortunate accidents, until I saw that HUGE WTF @ 2:05... what the hell is that dude standing in the middle of the intersection for? AND HOW COULD YOU NOT SEE HIM???

the last one was a good one. Distinct lack of intersection signs, give ways, stop signs or traffic lights. Seems to be a close your eyes and go for it kind of system. Perhaps it is state policy to have a high accident rate.
Round-a-bouts might be useful there. Man I hate roundabouts. Bloody things pop up like mushrooms but that's a whole other rant.

New Jersey - a state with some of the worst drivers ever - is finally phasing out roundabouts as a failed means of controlling traffic. But here, just across the river in Delaware, they're now installing the same failed system. A few have even had to be rebuilt just as soon as they were completed as they couldn't handle large trucks, construction or farm equipment.
I'm sure it will all work out to a savings for the taxpayer at some point in the distant future. Current taxpayers will all just be dead by then.

Does anyone have a video of Costco/Sams Club - this could help prove/disprove the whole "cannot drive anything - including a shopping cart" meme.

What I noticed was most all of those were low-speed accidents, not that it wouldn't hurt :D, but most of the drivers aren't going very fast, also some of them looked to be intentional, like a "I've got the right-of-way" mentality

Indeed, so not only do they suck at driving but they suck slowly to boot.

I normally don't laugh at another person's misfortune, really. I just don't have the schadenfreude gene. However, that guy standing there in the road, the car's bumper gently hitting him right in the back of his knees, folding him like origami, made me laugh so hard.

Do they not have stop signs or traffic lights there? :conf: And the bicyclists seem to have the mentality that they have the right of way NO MATTER WHAT. Which reminds me of pedestrians here in the US. When we lived in L.A., seems there was a pedestrian involved hit-and-run every day. :oo-->
Also, it looked like there were quite a few people just standing around in the MIDDLE of the intersections. Weird....

All you have to do is visit Vancouver (Hongcouver) to see how true the title of this thread is.
They can't drive safely. Hell, they can't even walk with etiquette in a shopping mall, etc.

That bus sliding across all the lanes and then just continuing on as if nothing happened was fucking awesome!

That last one reminds me of this one. San Francisco just a year prior to the big quake/fire that destroyed such a large part of the city...

This is just a bunch of people running into eachother, usually with visibility 50' ahead of time, usually without deploying the brakes at all...what...what the hell??

Yeah, that was cool. Then it hit me, what if there were passengers on it!! HAHAHAHA!! You'd have to pay another $50 to get off the bus for the free thrill ride.

Russians need to learn to stay sober. And Chinese need to learn to pay attention even when they ARE sober!

It's incredible how these retards just stand there and watch vehicles bear down on them.
That bus backing up was a prime example. Brainless.
(For the sake of not being misunderstood, I am referring to anyone that behaves this way, not just the asians in the video.)

To me, it's almost all Asian drivers, misunderstood or no.
On American highways you can almost pick them out without seeing the driver - they're oblivious to anything going on around them. They drive under the speed limit, eyes straight ahead, in their own little bubble of space. They could cause a two-mile backup and yet remain unflappable and will not alter speed or course... just like in the vid.
It's a bit unnerving.

Oh, I agree. I've seen it myself, countless times. But in that other post I was more referring to the idiots on foot that just stand in the way of impending disaster! lol.
