Obama was on the radio talking about "continuing economic recovery".

he's beginning to sound like Bush 1. thereby creating an opportunity for Clinton, "it's the economy, stupid".

so yeah, Obama is detached, in his public statements.

i'm pretty sure he knows the economy is in dire straits. his response is more :) Happy :) Talk :)
