I hear the stock shills make reference to past recoveries
As a "boomer" (79 million strong) what were you doing in the 80's compared to today?
Raising families, buying bigger homes for families, sending kids to college, etc.
And today?
79 million boomer's is a major portion of the working population of a country of 320,000,000.
Another thing I love to hear is how the top 1% pay 40% of taxes and top 10% pays 70% of taxes...how come they always leave out the portion of wealth this segment takes in?
If you were taking in a billion dollars and had to pay 70% in taxes, you'd still have $300,000,000 to scrape by on.
If you make $30,000 a year and have to pay 50% taxes, what does that leave you?
