Just heard this on a militia radio station. Sometimes they get stuff wrong.
Army Times was given as a source of info for this, I can not find anything yet. There was another source given too, but I missed it.

The first thing I ran into was an article about the military needing to cut costs. Has anybody else seen any info about this?
I am having trouble believing this is true right now.

This was repeated today, the second source is supposed to be 'Marine Weekly'?
Supposedly all the military people are talking about this.
I have looked and can not verify this by myself.

It used to be at the 12 year mark they started trying to get rid of folks. If you were still a sgt/ssgt by that mark then you knew they didn't want you around and if you stuck around you were going to be a whipping boy. I felt sorry for them then. Now, hopefully it'll win a few more converts to the anti-gov movement.

*at the 16 year mark I'd be ready to cut someone if they bumped me.
