If "This is not Canada," as the officer claims, then wouldn't that make him a member of foreign armed forced? Also, what legal obligation do I have to listen to him if he's not reprepsenting the Canadian government?

I did not see that exact part, but I will say off-hand the (North?) York Police represent the Provincial (Ontario) Government, not the Canadian Government.

1 Police are stupid, they like them that way.
2 Police will follow and enforce anything they are told.
Wait till SHTF with zero accountability, don't count on
police or military to do the right thing ever, avoid them,
they have families to feed and are privileged, they will fuck you.
3 They basically enforced a form of "martial law"
it seems during the G20 without telling everyone,
imagine what they would do if something serious happened,
police making shit up as they went along too, seen
quite a few eye opening videos online, like this one,
they even arrested a comedian and the key "we are change"
guy Luke was denied entry to Canada, he made it officially
to lists, every airport on the planet will red flag him,
so the criminals are paying attention to those with a
small voice and putting people on lists, keep your
anonymity online, it is important.
