Oakland based ED 209 prototype cop was found guilty of man slaughter in what was suppose to be a simple disarming procedure... Video caught the entire incident on tape... You can see that ED 209 was simply acting in a manner consistent with his training and programing... He had no intention of reporting for duty with pre-meditated murder on his mind...
