I subscribe to certain enemy newsletters, including that of the Brady Campaign. This link popped into my inbox.

If this is not confirmation that Kagan is anti-gun, here it is:

The Heller and McDonald decisions both defied precedent (to say nothing of the plain text of the Second Amendment) in fashioning a new right to be armed in the home for self-defense. Fortunately, and paradoxically, both rulings establish the foundation for the continued constitutionality of gun control laws that will make it harder for dangerous people to get guns, while still allowing gun ownership by law-abiding and responsible adults.

Everything we know about Elena Kagan suggests she will help to build on that foundation as a member of the Supreme Court. Nothing about her suggests that she will be a friend to the gun lobby’s Second Amendment extremism.

Translated from democrat to English, "Kagan is in our camp with this gun issue, after all, there are over 300M dangerous people in this country..."

If I wasn't concerned for my personal safety I could easily take a wad of cash down to East Oakland and load up on anything I wanted. The line that reads "...gun control laws that will make it harder for dangerous people to get guns" is bullsh*t aimed at the morons who wear it on their sleeves at the Brady Campaign.

Hey dude, don't be fucking with their ca$h cow.

Her position will be no different than Stevens'.

No big deal. One liberal on guns replacing another.

I guess its not a "big deal" that there is even a liberal anti-gun nut in there in the first place. :oo-->

Regardless of her views on anything, Kagan is too ugly to be on the Supreme Court. Ginsburg already occupied the entire "ugly" quota there.

It is amazing the kind of people in the Obama Admin,
the many documented known degenerates, Kagan is
just another one, the msm for the most part gave them
a pass.

Many of us here can tell you how people like her will
vote on any given issue, not because we are smart
but because we see through the general agenda.

Kagan and the rest of the degenerates will do whatever
they can get away with to turn the USA and others like
her in other Western countries into the USSR including
the wholesale murder of Christians/Whites/Europeans.

Is she related to Kaganovich ? A butcher.
I'd be surprised if she was not.

Kagan and Kaganovich are both pure Khazar names.

Indeed.

"Kagan" is even the name of a 'khazar king':

Khagan or Qaghan (Old Turkic Old Turkic letter N1.svgOld Turkic letter G1.svgOld Turkic letter Q.svg, qaγan[1], kagan, kaɣan [2]; Mongolian: хаган; Chinese: 可汗; pinyin: kèhán; Persian: خاقان; alternatively spelled Chagan, Khaghan, Khakhan, Kagan, Kağan, Kaan, Qagan) is a title of imperial rank in the Mongolian and Turkic languages equal to the status of emperor and someone who rules a Khaganate (empire, greater than an ordinary Khanate, but often referred to as such in western languages).
