My question is not what "what is not taxed", it's "what is not taxed over and over and over".
Being born taxes you into slavery.
Cap and Trade will tax the air you breath.
Death and inheritance taxes get ya when your gone.
Bout sums it up in my book.

I wished that I could tell you as to how a friend of mine made 2.5 millions and paid only $6,300 in federal taxes.......... you only pay if you don't know the game.

It's really just a link to the Government Printing Office. Same old bureau with electronic files instead of the old paper ones.
Publication 17 accessed directly from the IRS website is actually easier to use for specific questions.
My favorite is vague telephone questions to my accountant. What if. . . . ? How much . . . . ?
Really!!!!!!! :o

"According to the Government Printing Office, all of these subjects are located in Section 861. Coincidence, or just a simple fact? "
i don't get it. so the exempt tax stuff is in Section 861.
does the number have significance ? i didn't know what a shiney porch monkey was so maybe i'm missing some parts of popular culture.

Not sure either, but I do know that Wesley Snipes was using section 861 to avoid paying oncome taxes.
