My wife and I were informed of this non profit, non-denominational, faith-based food distribution network called Angel Food Ministries (https://www.angelfoodministries.com/).

The menus look decent and the prices are unbeatable. It appears to be an ideal way to stock a freezer.

We are about to give it a spin and I'll report the results.

I am curious if anyone here is familiar with the organization or may have any experiences to share.

As usual, I expect some criticism, so let that fly too.

Been ordering for my family for over a year...
The quality of the food seems to have gone down a little as well as the variety in the packages each month (i.e. lots more pasta / rice, etc.)
The meat has been pretty good and we always mix the food between months because it all goes in the freezer.
You will end up with a ton of shelvable (box) milk if you don't drink it (we must have 2 dozen boxes of the stuff) :P

Overall its a good deal, give it a try... 8)

We just placed another order as well.

Our first order was well worth the money spent although quality was very low on some of the meats.
I got there to pickup with 5 minutes left on the clock so I think I dodged any proselytizing.
