Ship left port Saturday and is scheduled to arrive in Gaza Wednesday morning.

Check the flag on the ship, Horus sees all.

The Israeli Navy radioed a warning to a Libyan ship steaming toward Gaza on Tuesday to change course, an Israeli military spokesman said.

“We hope they will go back or to El Arish,” the spokesman said, referring to an Egyptian port. “We made radio contact with them when they were about 100 miles off shore in the past couple hours. We will take over the boat if necessary. What I can tell you is that it will not reach Gaza.”

Hopefully this time, the crew is armed to the teeth and defends themselves accordingly.

I agree, although I don't believe that's legal under maritime law...

anyone can defend themselves in international waters,

its called piracy what Israel did

imagine if Cuba loaded up some folks, and attacked a pleasure cruise in international waters, after slaughtering some, then boards it and captures it, etc

its piracy

they have a right to defend themselves in international waters

If this is a Syrian ship, they may very well sink it. Israeli will begin the propaganda offensive and America will follow right behind...fooling only the American public.

Israel navy makes contact with Libya-sponsored Gaza aid ship; Al-Amal is carrying 15 pro-Palestinian activists, 12 crew members and 2,000 tons of food and medicine.

Ship may have docked in Egypt at the El Arish port.

I can't find the ship anymore on the marine traffic map:

Holy Macro Sarge..........why not use the Somali pirates as an example?..........ufffffffff the Cuban would never try to take over a ship, if anything we would take over the US........go to Miami and see.

I consider what israel did Piracy and terrorism.

Besides, they don't follow any laws outside of their kabbalistic talmud book of hate, so why should anyone else that sails in water where they may be subjected to similair terroristic treatment as the last ship?
