If the limit is $600.00 instead of $10,000 that means tha the American people will be really broke and that the government wants to squeezeeeeeeeeeee all that they can.
================================================== =============

The Serious Tracking of Americans Begins.

They have passed the health bill, they have passed the financial regulations bill and they have snuck stuff into the stimulus package bills. They are going to track your money and your body. Here’s the first few things they are doing. This is step one. It will only get worse from here.

According numismaster.com:

…the Health Care Bill mandates, according to Numismaster.com, Starting on January 1st in 2012, S federal law will require coin and bullion dealers to report to the Internal Revenue Service all gold and silver coin purchases and sales greater than $600.
No that is not an error, they tacked the gold coin tracking regulations into the health bill. They are just tacking stuff on wherever they can.

As for your body, you will be required to have an “electronic health record”, by 2014. They snuck this into one of the “stimulus” bills. The electronic record will include an obesity rating. The information will be required to be on a “national exchange” with only secure access (Hah!). Why the F does your obesity rating have to be on a national exchange? This is a tip off to how micro-managed they are going to attempt to run your life.

Keep in mind that the health bill and financial “reform” bill are thousands of pages, with much of the details left up to the new agencies to fill in. Obama is appointing major league interventionists to head these agencies. They are completely clueless as to how an economy works. Their regs will be over the top. It will stifle America in so many ways, it is difficult to imagine. I was in East Berlin the year before the Wall came down. I saw what constant monitoring and micro-management did to people. It is not pretty. The gray, the drab, the despair was everywhere. When you can only take orders and wait for approvals and are constantly watched, it saps the life out of you. America is going to be changing and the government is going to try and watch you and monitor your vitals, as if you were a lab rat, as it does the changing.

It is not going to be pretty.

It won't last very long. The government is running out of credit and credibility. The whole thing is likely to collapse before any of these tracking measures can be implemented. And if it doesn't, I have faith in human ingenuity to bypass all these controls and make them a laughingstock.

The fact that they sneaked in this in the Health care bill is no surprise to me. They sneaked it in there because they can. Besides there where no Congress whores that were brave enough to hold up the Health care reform bill by speaking out against the Jan. 1, 2012 1099 reporting requirement. The lobbyist pimps did not care about the 1099 reporting requirement.

Who knows what hidden "law" will be put in the Financial "reform" bill. I guess we will find out when the bill goes into law.

No one is going to make the time to read 1000's of pages of legalese. The U.S. gov't train has a schedule to adhere to and spending the time to read 1000's of pages of legalese in the financial "reform" bill will force the train to slow down and "arrive late".

These big legislative bills such as the health care bill and the financial "reform" bill are just IMO just "Trojan horse" bills that contain other punitive and federal regulations that will just make life as a U.S. citizen a little more difficult than before. Once that financial reform "Trojan horse" bill becomes law, then look out because I am sure that there are many other laws that went unnoticed when the bill was voted on in Congress and have nothing to do with financial "reform".

Read it again, they stuffed this in the STIMULUS BILL. I have a bad feeling that civil war is coming in this country.

You have to have a way to qualify the herd, don't you? What quality grade is an obese 300+ man or woman?

In a way, I agree. People will just give up, that is akin to civil disobedience...

I read it three times before you posted this. Thank you.

I was referring to the 1099 reporting requirement on gold and silver purchases in the part of my post that you quoted me on. The Federal law that requires bullion dealers to report gold and silver purchases and sales of $600 and up to the IRS was sneaked in the Health Care Reform bill.

They stuffed the "electronic health record" provision in the Stimulus Bill.

Sorry if I was not clear in my previous post.

Regardless of which bill contained which law, I have the same bad feeling.

I would date the start of the Civil War (Civil War 2) at 9-11-01.

That is when the US government (mostly Jews) sacrificed the lives of 3000 Americans (mostly non-Jews).

I find my mind playing tricks, like saying, "no, it can't be", but 9-11 was not an illusion.

I think if I repeated this to some family members, they would say, "Civil War ? Now you've REALLY gone off the deep end." So I don't talk about such things around them. Among other things, they may be contacted if I acquire some firearms ... I feel like there is some usefulness in playing along & fitting in.

It is apparently much more comforting to believe that some nasty crazy Muslims attacked us on 9-11, and to believe that the US government is addressing the problem, than to dig deeper and uncover horrible truths.

However, our job is to stay healthy & free in the real world - not the fantasy world that so many Americans cling to.

So I guess that makes me a PDT - Potentially Dangerous Taxpayer. That almost sounds like a good name for a rock group. ;D

It worked in the USSR and E. Europe for generations, I don't have a lot of confidence it won't work here, especially with the passivity of young people...they seem to be easy to manage as long as they have what they think are choices - Sprint versus AT&T, 300 cable channels, MacDonalds versus Burger King, etc. I hope my perceptions are wrong.

There will always be a black market, but just like the black market now, it is highly risky. I don't know anybody that was ever seriously involved with the black market that didn't eventually get busted. It will be even harder going forward.

Hard times may temper enough people to give up on the illusion of the "dream" and get back to reality...we can only Hope@.

Cedar? don't blame the young generation for what we should have done when 73% of the US populations was against Dumbo Bush.........that was the time to have done something.

If 73% were against him, I wasn't aware of it. In Texas, a lot of the people were fooled by the idiot...they actually thought he was the President. I thought it was pretty obvious that Cheney was the overseer in that arrangement.

It is going to take hard times and the loss of assets to shake up the core of the country.

But, you are right, the responsibility falls on all of us...but we need the strength of the young to really make a difference.

Of course, the same people who are responsible for the immigration policies that brought the muslim hordes to our shores knew that there would then be an undercurrent of antipathy and stifled aggression towards these 'invaders' who are not of our ilk and bought up all our party stores and gas stations. They knew the common man could be easily manipulated into sending his children halfway around the world to kill these 'invaders' there since we couldn't kill them here.

That will be a probably very painful miscalculation of yours.

For those of us who believe in the Bible, total government is coming in the form of the Mark of the Beast, without which "no man may buy or sell."

The population not only does not care about true freedom anymore, most of them despise the very concept of true freedom. "Freedom" to them is choosing to watch football, a soap opera, or a "comedy," or, selecting from one alcoholic beverage or another. Thinking apart from the System's menu is not something they desire.

We will have a nuclear false flag on an American and/or European city, or two, or three, and after that, the vast majority will accept total government without much of a whimper, so they can "feel safe." Those of us who object will be shouted down, terrorized physically by the hordes of boobs, or "dealt with" by the government itself.

It's coming, and there isn't anything we can do about it but get right with God, our family, and, hopefully, our neighbors, to try to survive as long as possible, so that, hopefully, we can be a witness to what God's men told us so long ago (mainly in the Book of Revelation).

But isn't it all a self-fulfilling prochecy Phoenix? It is a slick bit of programming I'll admit. The tools will help implement the things they believe to be prophetical. This is exactly how Zionism has become such a powerfull and detrimental force in our world.

The End of Location Based Applications? (http://blogmaverick.com/2010/07/18/the-end-of-location-based-applications/)

Jul 18th 2010 3:56PM

I just invested in a company that takes video of an area and can tell you exactly how many people are in the capture area at any given time. It’s great for traffic patterns, security, and much more. We are posting cameras in certain environments where anonymity is required, and we don’t and won’t capture faces or anything that could identify an individual. We will simply provide incredibly accurate traffic information and patterns. A great application with great opportunity.

The next extension is to install it in places where we can add facial recognition software. So rather than someone checking in to a specific application, we would already know you are there.

Of course there would have to be “opt out” mechanisms. Of course there would be a battle over whether or not a store or venue should be “opt in” vs automated recognition, but that’s not a software issue. The reality is that its solves “the path of least resistance” issue with check-ins for location-based software. Individuals never do any of the work. The store/host recognizes you are there and rewards you for allowing your identity and information to be captured and linked. If Amazon can “welcome us back” and offer us personalized specials, why shouldnt brick and mortar establishments ?

Even more interesting is the fact that Facebook provides a database of 500mm people and their names from around world. While not all profile pictures are going to be valid in facial recognition software, most will. Few people exclude their basic name and picture information from public search, so FB could be the first to provide a database of names and faces to the commercial world of facial recognition.

Location Check in is so 2010.

Will there be a world govt? Likely, but the U.S. has be be completely subverted or destroyed first. Nothing in the Bible precludes the U.S. being a bombed out, burned up, plague ridden shell of a country inhabited by Mad Max survivors that is blockaded and shunned by the rest of the "civilized" world.

I agree. The sleeping giant is actually waking up and not liking what it sees. TBTB may have accelerated their plans so much that people are recognizing it. This could be the fatal flaw in their hurry to entrench everyone quickly.

As far as black markets, even medical professionals I've discussed this with say there will be private relationships between doctors and patients. Their Hippocratic oath was to the patients, not the government. A few doctors have said they will become a Family Practice for extended friends and family. We'll see.

No Biker but I did have nine women at my table at one time......they were looking at each other and waiting to see who would be the first one that I was going to ask to the dance floor, I knew that no matter who I asked first that I would be killed by the eight others...........and you know what I did? I went to another table and asked another girl to dance with me hahahahahahaahha and I ended up with then girls at my table and all the girls were happy about the way that I handled that "small" problem.
