Notice that whenever governments make cuts, they do it in ways that make the most immediate and visible impact. They don't eliminate obscure bureaucracies, they eliminate garbage pickup, or teachers, or cops. They don't close the tax office, they close the libraries and parks. Actually I wished that they would use the three wheelers cars and trucks like I have seen in many parts of the world........still remember the first time that I saw a very large truck with only three wheels.
