Rickards is an insider - you would have to be to negotiate the LTCM bail-out, which involved dealing with their 400 ton naked short gold position.

When we started using mercenaries I knew that we were heading the Roman way because that was also the downfall of Rome and as per Rome those mercs some day will be operating on US soil.
