So your article has Alex Jones as a source and you think it's credible?

Wikileaks spilled
(http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2007/01/wikileaks_spill/)
John Young of Cryptome left Wikileaks after "he became disillusioned with Wikileak’s ideology."
Wikileaks apparently had a $5 Million donor at some point:
>
> The CIA would be the most likely $5M funder. Soros is suspected
> of being a conduit for black money to dissident groups racketeering
> for such payola.
Speaking of Soros...

There seems to be a massive backlash at wikileaks ONLY after they release the Afghan War Diaries so what's the deal?
The evidence against them ranges from weak to non existent, explain to me how this is going to garner up support for an invasion of pakistan? If anything it will show people a glimpse of what really happens over there CIA black ops, massive civilians deaths etc.

Where the hell where you guys when they released the Collateral Murder vid? Now you just jump on the bandwagon of bashing wikileaks because you perceive the media to be giving them favorable press?
IMO many of you are way to quick to just point and say "CIA op" if this were a literal war, you guys would blow your allies heads off the first time they acted in a manner in which you didn't agree with 100% or did something without you being privy to the details.
If you shoot all your friends, you will stand there fighting alone.

Nordic,
I jump on no bandwagon. The question of whether or not the Wikileaks story is a full bore psyop has yet to be answered. As I said in the other thread there is something fishy going on with them, Iceland, large donor(s?).
Can Soros benefit from this leak?
Will it damage his interests?

Lol... Why not? Wikileaks is by its very nature, suspect...
But the quickest way for the MIC to demolish wikileaks credibility would be to leak info that it's a CIA/Mossad operation.
That way, any info it leaks in the future is already tainted. Worthless.

That hasn't been their MO in the past. It's always the same- 1. dig up dirt from the past/present and ruin them, or failing that 2. arrest or kill them.

Yeah but your dealing with a group that needs to be secret in order to be around. As has been said if their credibility is shot who is gonna leak to them? If nobody leaks to them they are done. So if people think they are in bed with CIA etc who the hell is gonna leak?

As long as he avoids and/or denies the truth about 9/11 and the Jewish conspiracy, probably no one of import. That's the crux of the issue. I highly doubt they are using a dual strategy of extensive MSM coverrage combined with a go against the grain 'float the story that he is controlled opposition' wrinkle that's being tried for the first time (at least in such a highly publicized case). And consider this is all being done immediately after he publishes thousands of highly sensitive documents, and consider the way in which the media is covering this story (everything steered towards the free flow of information is dangerous angle). Any one of these things should be enough to raise your eyebrows. All of them together and it's a wrap.

I doubt they are doing that to, but to this point other than tow the government line on 911, what has wikileaks or julian assange done to make you close the book?
Nothing, where was all the protest when they released collateral murder?
Just because the jew york times runs a story somehow claiming a link to pakistan supporting the taliban is their prerogative they can spin it how they want but the facts speak differently.
How can this story by the gaurdian in any way garner support for the neo con war?

It doesn't it destroys the lying neo cons credibility 100% and provides ammo for any peace activists to throw at the legions of hannity following dumbasses who just spout rhetoric.
We have that because of wikileaks. That is a fact.
