That's his House web page.

Personally, I would say the "Small Business Paperwork Reduction Act" is a start.

Since it was voted down, and since Dan Lungren spear-headed it, how about emailing him to ask him to do it again.

I dare say that many of the laws that made America a better country did not pass on the first go-round.

If you are going to email him, you will need to pretend that you live in his district.

In short, I would say he deserves a pat on the back for trying - and countless requests to try again - and again - until they succeed in repealing the 1099 law (which starts in 2012). And until they repeal the "Individual mandate" $695 minimum tax penalty (that starts in 2016).

Not that I'm into the demo-repub thing, but I would hope any person running against an incumbent makes a big deal of this.

I was at a coin show today, and it was the main subject being talked about around the bourse. The consenses is that we need to first get rid of the democrat majority in the house and senate in November. Then the bill can be re-introduce the bill with (hopefully) a less tax happy congress.
