FORT COLLINS, Colo. — The accuser will stand accused Friday as a Colorado detective answers charges he lied in the case that wrongfully sent Tim Masters to prison.

Masters, who served nine years of a life sentence after his 1998 arrest in Peggy Hettrick's murder, said he hopes Fort Collins, Colorado, and Larimer County will finally acknowledge he was railroaded.

The city and county have paid Masters a combined $10 million to settle a civil rights lawsuit related to the conviction, but they painted the payouts as business decisions rather than reparations.

A Police Officer let alone a high ranking Dective would NEVER use their Rank, Title or Station to secure a fraudulent testimony against the law abiding citizen.

No Sir.

If your in court ,let alone jail, it means that you did something wrong and the Police Officer found it.

How do I know this??

O.T.B.W.T.B.......O.T.B.

Why give a warning??

The element of surprise is a tactical advantage and the added bonus of being highly enjoyable when the trap is finally sprung
