Saw this on GLP and said to myself, hmmmmm, I wonder and thought I'd post it here.
The Constitution specifically allows an individual state to wage war against a neighboring country in the event of an invasion, should there be a dangerous delay or inaction on the part of the federal government.
This information was cited by United Patriots of America.
From Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution, we find these words:
Clause 3: Compact Clause
“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
KEYWORD HERE : UNLESS INVADED OR IN IMMINENT DANGER OF INVASION.
Arizona has already been invaded. So are Texas and California.
There is no question that Arizona is being invaded by Mexico. The federal agency signs warning of people to stay away from the border is proof of that.
Just curious to see what you guys think.

We declared war on California, no reason we couldn't do it to Mexico.

General, this is beautiful and proves the answer to the question. Too bad texas is the political pussy here and admits to most and worst offenders with open adoption of a question " are you a legitimate US citizen?" answer yes and you are openly inserted.

I think the guys that put that in the constitution were smart folks.
and I think AZ should consider it.

GoD it is advantageous that we understand the constitution. There are people both side of the fence defending both sides... the good and evil side. unfortunately the evil side has no clue about the evil involved.
Whatever good you see is almost instantly hounded with disbelief and the reocurring schills that favor satanism...
I must stop now as it is starting to get to me personal demenior.
Great day!
Cebu, I understand what you're saying but now with a crypto-jew mestizo on SCOTUS these laws are going to be interpreted based on their INTERESTS, and now we've got the jew lesbian on the docket for another position so to speak. The Constitution is very easy to read and interpret that's why we've got amendments to define them further.
But I think in this case it seems to be fairly clear.

Because it's all they've ever known and it scares most people to have threatened, all they've ever known.

Declarations of war are not a big deal these days.

Yeah, like the US Congress hasn't declared a war in nearly 70 fucking years, and look at how many wars (including proxy wars like the one where they built up al-CIA-duh to annoy the Soviets) they've made appropriations for over that period of time.

GD, your interpretation is correct. Will it happen? Absolutely not, never!
Arizona, like most states, is under assault by a foreign power, and has the constitutional right to use force to defend itself. However, reality, in the real world, is that no legislature has the balls to tell Washington to fu*k off, and mean it.

There is no no need to declare war at all.
Just call it Operation______________ and find some lobbyists to fund it.
Presto instant body count.

Yep. The requirement to actually declare war is just another part of the Constitution that past generations have permitted the .gov to side-step.
So that nowadays when asked about it, they look at you like you're crazy to even mention the Constitution, let alone what's in it.
That the majority of the people go along with it instead of having strong enough principles to just do what's right, is all that's ever allowed it to happen.

I think what they meant by "Engage" was self defense, not actually "Declare" war which is different.

Seems to me that AZ has been invaded by two foreign powers;
One from the south,
the other from the banks of the Potomac.

We're also constantly dealing with a seemingly never ending stream of Californians. They like to drive up our real estate prices, drive like morons, burn down our forrests and do various other things. Most of the illegals will make me a taco, most of the Californians will just piss me off. Weird how that works.
