You are right sweetdeems. There has been too much fighting going on here lately and what GSUS really needs is someone with a good sense of humor to make all of us laugh. The only question is this........Who is willing to step up to the plate to provide that laughter that is desperately needed on GSUS? If there is nobody that is willing to step up to the plate to make us laugh, then maybe the GSUS community as a whole can pool their gold and silver in order to hire someone, such as a comedian, to make us laugh. MNeagle's suggestion is a good start until we can find someone that can make us laugh on a full time basis. :)

I did not know that. It is possible that Percival's Ice Cream Shop will be back in business in the near future and might possibly offer more than 31 flavors of ice cream. I knew that they can come up with 1001+ legal ways to make life difficult for people but I did not think that "attornies" were creative enough to come up with 31 flavors of ice cream.

Good point sweetdeems, however, I think that it is safe to say that a lot of the GSUS "movers and shakers" are gold and silver "rich" but are severely "FRN challenged". Of course with the number of boating accidents happening on GSUS and elsewhere on a regular basis, then I think that more posters are also becoming "real money challenged" as well. Oh well I tried...........

I am currently reading a fantastic novel about WWII marines fighting the Japanese.

At one point, the marines are stuck on this sh!thole island named Pavuvu. This excerpt from the book, had me laughing out loud:

"I think the Marine Corps has forgotten where Pavuvu it," one man said..

"I think God has forgotten where Pavuvu it," came a reply.

"God couldn't forget because he made everything."

"Then I bet he wishes he could forget he made Pavuvu."

This exchange indicates the feeling of remoteness and desolation we felt on Pavuvu.

My take...Hindsight/lesson's learned.: We should all be thankful we are not on Pavuvu. ;D
