Bullshit!
ROV's float in the water. Both the arm and camera are attached to the ROV.
When the ROV starts moving (the camera may have panned up and down just before this) you can see the prop wash.

I'm with Keehah on this. If you watch the video a few times, which I did earlier today, that's why I didn't post it, it looks like the ROV goes down, which makes the ground seem to rise, then it goes up, which makes it look like the ocean floor drops. Just my 2 cents.

Both Keehah and the General are right. I figured that's what was happening right away, but had to watch it a few times to confirm.
The guy that posted this vid at Youtube is a moron.

Yep. Plus the fact he doesn't know what he's looking at and nobody else can see anything significant either. It makes me wonder why he did so much work to post it.

"This is the most logical explaination with all the data I have gathered. There was an earthquake in the gulf at the same time this footage was taken... thats a fact! Earthquakes are VERY VERY rare in the gulf region! So what caused it? Also the sun is VERY ACTIVE right now. It was on yahoos front page news today also! I think we can be expecting a major earth change event within days!"
Most logical explanation... ROFL.
