Connection Trouble w/ GS-US?

Is anyone else having connection problems w/ this site? Since yesterday, I keep getting booted off. I reopen the site, and I'm still logged in.

Not happening w/ any other locations for me.

90% of the times I attempt a search I am shut out for several minutes.
If this happens for everyone, much of our ADD and lack of information synergy here is site generated.
This really pisses me off, as after attempting a search to try to limit duplicate post, or want to add some intel to a previous post, for not just spamming the board with a new thread I get locked out of the site for several minutes! $%@!

I get the odd 'random' failure to connect, much more than any other site I visit, but usually I can connect again within a few seconds.

but one or two refreshes remedies that problem for me anyway

If I try to search using the site's search tool, I get timed out 100% of the time. I use google to search the site now, which is good for everyone.

The rest of the time, I get timed out maybe 30% of the time, and this has been happening to me since day one here.

I figured it was my connection.

I have had some trouble with the "time-out" errors when I am on GSUS but it is not too bad. I just refresh my browser and it keeps me logged in.

It thought that at first it was my internet connection but when I was able to pull up other web sites with no problem, then I realized that this problem was only on GSUS.

If you post something that is long, then you might want to copy it to the Notepad application (or some other similar application), just in case GSUS "times out" after you hit the "Post" button.

On goes the gas mask and 7 rounds into the shotgun. Then I marched around my property for a little while until I passed out in my computer chair with my shotgun slung across my back and my finger on the F5 key.

It takes so long to get connected that I keep a game in another window to waste time while I wait. Sometimes that happens again in mid-session, not only the first connection. Same at another forum I frequent, but not usually any other site. It is so consistent that I have changed my isp to see if that has anything to do with it. (There were some other reasons I wanted to change.)
