Lucky Friday - perhaps there will be "unexpected" bad news for economists.

The dog days of summer are upon us, between vacations, our dear leaders find new boondoggles to squander any remaining credibility the US as a super power or a credible world currency.

Last week saw a staggering one (1) bank closure - resulting 1970's Silver Art scoring an uncontested win!

How many banks get closed this week?

Silver Art crushes the opposition and shares the victory with StackerKen - they tied with correct volume (1-2) but missed the Rupricks of GA and CA respectively.

Once again, the FDIC shows that it can compete with my grandmother's blind chihuahua for underperformance.

(C'mon, ~700 failed banks, another 2,800 at risk, doubling the staff this year and they get one?!?!?)

Honorable mention goes out to Ares with the recognition that Illinois is not just for corn, wheat, and "rubenesque" white girls with a pre-disposition to Southern Comfort!

WOW!!!!! I cannot believe it. I was right on Friday the 13th. :D Maybe if a black cat crosses my path, then maybe I can win the Power Ball lottery. ;D
