Turns out big brother doesn't help poor white immigrants in the UK.

Yup! How many non-Whites are seen camping on the streets in Britain? Fellow European Union citizens can't get welfare help?

maybe they should convert to Judaism and appeal to the Jewish Poverty League for help.

It would be an interesting experiment to identify the few within this group willing to hunt even bigger rats in London. Then you clean them up, feed them, train them, and send them out into the city to begin a campaign to clean up the vermin. I'd bet some people would be desperate enough to go for it. Sorry, just thinking outside the box.
a post like that would get you a million thank you's.
if we had a million members.
no need to apologize, we understand ;D
would you skin the vermin ? or just barbecue them with the skin on ?
i think of homelessness as a long term camping trip. if you've ever had a friend who was a proficient climber or backpacker, then you know how you can live well on a small amount of money - if you have the right gear.
so i think that's the Magic Bullet for all these cities trying to deal with their homeless problems.
They need to have a big Camping Training weekend, with Anthony Robbins (motivational speaker guy) and about 10 professional campers, with rat-skinning lessons, functional army surplus camping gear, rolling papers, and all the things these homeless guys need for their Long Term Camping Trip. Shopping Cart Fixing Lessons, and everything.
if i ever run for President, this will be another part of my platform. ;D

I once saw a homeless white man panhandling in San Francisco and a Mexican guy walked by and tossed him some change.
The Mexican then said to him as he walked away..."Acabo de conseguir mi cheque hoy"
Not sure what it meant but I always remembered that.

I think it meant he was going to get his welfare check that day.

This is simply not acceptable. Poland is not far from the UK, Send them all back living like this. Drug addicts and alcoholics that cannot be reformed, should be put in labor camps.

i still don't get the "alcoholic handwash".
does this mean they're drinking something like Listerine (26.9% alcohol, 53.8 Proof) to catch a buzz ?

I'm pretty sure they mean hand sanitizer, which is 126 proof (63% ABV)

With some pretty nasty chemicals. I'd rather face germs than that stuff, nevermind drinking it. :o

What nasty chemicals? You mean you don't like benzophenone-4, isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol... ;)

i don't quite get why they drink it.
there's plenty of cheap wine out there.
so i'm thinking, maybe they get this stuff for free ? or shop-lift it ?
if i had a few bucks or a pound and wanted to get drunk, i'd buy malt liquor or something. St. Ides 40 Ounce !
anyway - so it's confirmed - these homeless guys who are in England, from Poland, actually do drink this hand sanitizer stuff ?

It's so ubiquitous. They have them in most lobbies, bathroom for general use, in bottles or on walls at 126 proof, getting a few squirts is a few shots of whiskey for free. Or just grabbing a bottle that's left unattended.
Also if you have NO money at all, free beats a cheap drink.
As a homebrewer, it makes me sad. They're missing the point of drinking a dead liquid. Yuck.
Heck it would be better to get 4 pounds of sugar, a few raisin, yeast and you'll have a little more than a gallon of (very cheap) organic wine.
