View Full Version : I just about got SICK at the store today...

Every so often, you see something that makes you ashamed to be of the same species as the rest of humanity. I was in the grocery store today converting fiat into useful, tangible goods... and decided to pick up a few extra cheap toothbrushes for long-term storage/trade. Ok... I'm in the "hygiene" section and I suddenly notice about half an aisle away (next to the baby products) there is a large section of shelving stacked with gallon jugs of water. I'm curious, of course, so I walk over to see why bottled water (which is normally found on the other end of the store...) is in the baby section. I get there, read the label, and discover that it's "water for infants" - WITH ADDED FLUORIDE!

I just about puked... I was so angry and disgusted.

This society is swirling the drain. >:(

Ive seen those before many times getting diapers for the baby. Yes, it is quite sickening. Its even worse seeing mom and dad actualy buying a few of them, and paying extra money to do so....because its "for the baby".

....but, it's got electrolytes?!?

Government says there are too many people starting to believe outlandish conspiracy theories, like gold is better than counterfeit paper... time to up the dosage... especially for the kids before they can read.

EDIT: SS beat me to it!

Not sure how long it has been like that but as of 13 years ago they were selling the same crap. The doctors were really pushing it and I had a hard time convincing my 1st ex not to go for it.

Why would an infant need flouride anyway....don't they have baby teeth that are going to fall out anyway?

Exactly what I was thinking. Seems with the product branding they are telling a bigger lie to make the original lie more convincing.

Whenever we go shopping, I point to that abominable shit and state loudly, hoping someone notices, "look, they're trying to poison the babies!"

They call it: "Nursery Water"

Pedo...pediatricians recommend fluoridated water to moms regularly...

http://forums.families.com/poland-spring-water,t56677

"I don't think it's bad. Our pedi reccomended the nursery water since our county does not use fluoride in the tap water. His thoughts were that the fluoride helps prevent decay- the sooner used the less teeth issues as the child grows."

NO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE FOR THAT WHATSOEVER.

The Ohio Department of Health's school-based fluoride mouthrinse program will be reinstated for the upcoming school year.

The health department suspended the program last year after state representatives passed a bill that required any prescription medications given to students in school to be administered by health professionals. Gov. Ted Strickland signed legislation in May that made an exemption for fluoride mouthrinse.

I remember when my kids were in kindergarten and they were asking if the kids could do the fluoride rinses. The teachers looked at me like I was crazy when I told them no! Similarly, doctors have given me looks when we have had conversations about immunizations. Sadly, I did not have all the details about that until they were completed and we were lucky that it seems the kids were not harmed.

But this fluoride issue, they have done it in tap water too in some areas. I can not drink tap water. Literally, my stomach feels ill afterwards. The taste is disgusting to me too! We have a really good filter that we use and I have a klean Kanteen that I keep filled with the filtered water.

If I will not consume it, nor will I make my children.

It is just one more way to poison the population. :oo-->

Sadly, our schools and society discourages citizens from thinking for themselves and making critical judgements about the products they purchase. How many of us have actually stopped to question the validity and safety of things we eat, wear and use on a daily basis? I was fortunate in that I grew up with a father who was an obstinate non-conformist who questioned everything and everyone. I suspect that I would be much more the sheeple if not for exposure to my rebelious dad.

Flouridation a 'fake science'
Peter Mackinlay
Tuesday, August 17, 2010

The article 'Decay statistic in children 'alarming" in last Thursday's (3 August 2010) Fiji Times must be read with considerable scepticism.

No European countries (except the UK) and China fluoridate, due to a respect for the individual's right not to be compulsorily medicated, and a mass of evidence as to the harm it causes. Australia, Canada and the USA are the main countries that do.

Fluoride is waste from fertilizer plant filters and contains lead, arsenic and cadmium, all killers.

It is a primary constituent of Sarin nerve gas and rat poison.

It reduces the IQ of growing children.

Fluoride is not a nutrient as despite what some 'experts' say nobody has ever suffered ill-health for lack of it.

To the contrary, some people in India and kangaroos in Portland, Australia suffered severe bone deformation from airborne fluoride from chemical works and aluminium smelters.

Fluoride only works when applied to the outside of the teeth, and then only on children from two to 12 years.

If swallowed, it damages the bones (embrittlement leading to fracture), kidneys and thyroid.

Only 50% of ingested fluoride is excreted in urine, the other 50% builds up in the tissues. It must never be used to make up baby formulas as 0.01 ppm is 250 times the amount present in breast milk.

Many people, including some I know personally, suffer skin ulceration when showering in fluoridated water.

Geelong in Australia was fluoridated recently, and it's still going on with other towns and cities, despite no proper consultation with citizens, who in the main, oppose it.

My children have never had fillings after living in unfluoridated Geelong for 30 - 40 years.

Dental decay is best prevented with proper dental hygiene, i.e. regular brushing.

Fluoridation is fake science. Don't let it happen here. Please!

What POSSIBLE PURPOSE COULD BABIES NEED FLUORIDE FOR?

ALL THEIR TEETH ARE GOING TO FALL OUT ANYWAY. Then they'll get their adult teeth.

THEREFORE: You are being lied to when they say the purpose of fluoride is to protect teeth.

Quick! Calcify their pineal gland before they can think for themselves!!

This royally freaked me out the first time I heard this, and it bears repeating. Fluoride calcifies the pineal gland, deep inside your brain.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pineal_gland
The secretory activity of the pineal gland is only relatively understood. Historically, its location deep in the brain suggested to philosophers that it possessed particular importance. This combination led to its being a "mystery" gland with myth, superstition and occult theories surrounding its perceived function.

René Descartes, who dedicated much time to the study of the pineal gland,[23] called it the "seat of the soul".[24] He believed that it was the point of connection between the intellect and the body.[25] The relevant quotation as to Descartes' reason for believing this is,

“My view is that this gland is the principal seat of the soul, and the place in which all our thoughts are formed. The reason I believe this is that I cannot find any part of the brain, except this, which is not double. Since we see only one thing with two eyes, and hear only one voice with two ears, and in short have never more than one thought at a time, it must necessarily be the case that the impressions which enter by the two eyes or by the two ears, and so on, unite with each other in some part of the body before being considered by the soul. Now it is impossible to find any such place in the whole head except this gland; moreover it is situated in the most suitable possible place for this purpose, in the middle of all the concavities; and it is supported and surrounded by the little branches of the carotid arteries which bring the spirits into the brain.”[23] (29 January 1640, AT III:19-20, CSMK 143)

http://www.fluoridealert.org/health/pineal/
“The single animal study of pineal function indicates that fluoride exposure results in altered melatonin production and altered timing of sexual maturity. Whether fluoride affects pineal function in humans remains to be demonstrated. The two studies of menarcheal age in humans show the possibility of earlier menarche in some individuals exposed to fluoride, but no definitive statement can be made. Recent information on the role of the pineal organ in humans suggests that any agent that affects pineal function could affect human health in a variety of ways, including effects on sexual maturation, calcium metabolism, parathyroid function, postmenopausal osteoporosis, cancer, and psychiatric disease.”

(I mean, it's produced in your brain anyway; sometimes it can be nice to give it a good boost from an external source.)
