Can't see the video, but I sincerely believe that sugar is one of the most addictive and harmfull natural substances known to man. Artificial sweeteners are worse though... Our bodies are programmer to seek out as sweet foods as possible, but were not designed to live in an environment were we can get instantaneous and nearly limitless sugar fixes...

That is a TRULY excellent video... I was looking for it the other day to post it, but couldn't remember the title. High Fructose Corn Syrup = POISON... I refuse to drink or eat anything containing it.

Table sugar (sucrose) is a poison.

But the major point of this lecture is: high fructose corn syrup (HFC.)

Look at the ingredients in almost everything on your shelf. HFCs are in so many things. Avoid products that contain. It can be done.

No kidding about the HFCS. It's everywhere, even Campbell's tomato soup has it!! >:(
I'm always trying to avoid it, but it's a huge battle.

I was born in a sugar mill in Cuba and without sugar I would die for sure......I would say that daily intake of sugar is between 10-15 table spoons, eating a piece of candy right now.

At 70 years of age I never get sick but for a cold every five or six years......haven't had one in ten years ever since I move into the woods and away from everyone.

Went to the Dr at the VA last week and except for my HBP, this way all my life, and pains from broken bones I am in top shape.........the nurse told me that my physical is more like the one for a 45 years old man hehehehehehehehehh.

Yep. COMPLETELY different animal from HFCS - still a poison, but nowhere NEAR as bad as HFCS.
