watching lately has been weird. it's like he does not care about anything, really. oil in gulf, economy, like he doesn't really give a shit on any political front.

he appears all he really cares about is traveling around, playing golf, etc. like he's in it solely for the perks.

normally they are all concerned with getting re-elected, constantly doing polling, getting out doing whatever bs thing to get re-elected.

not this guy. it's like he doesn't think there is even going to be a second term to get re-elected to.

it's kind of creepy weird, like, "let's fit a bunch of fun in for the kids really quick."

i'm sure this has been glaringly obvious to everyone else, but it just dawned on me that the president is behaving very oddly in this sense.

I was watching Max Keiser (72) earlier today. If you peg Russia Today they have it on their web site live or archived very soon after going live. In the news wrap up during the 1st 15 minutes there was a news article about how O'bama isn't looking to get re-elected. He is President only for his resume. Once he is done with this he is going to work at GS. Thats Gouge and Sacks for anyone not in the know.

So in short. You are right. He knows the game plan. He's been told how it's going down.

Old saying: "I wonder what the poor people are doing?".

Answer: "WGAF".

Maybe getting that Nobel peace Prize after being in office a couple of days, not having done anything, spurred him on for more achievements like that...

Of course he may know something about the future we don't know...

This is very similar to my plan if I ever get drafted by an NFL team. Take a huge contract, play for a few years while trying not to get injured and then retire very wealthy and lose it all farming.

ETA: The difference is that no slacker is ever going to get into the NFL unless he has mega-talent. And, in football, if you're just out on hte field goofing off, you WILL get injured.
