IMO, they shouldn't make the uniforms that large. There should be a size cut-off, if the cop can't fit into the uniform, he get's taken 'out of service' until he gets back into shape.

I don't understand how these folks pass their fitness tests.

The only thing missing from that segway, is a rack to fit a dozen donuts in. ;D

They are supposed to be able to run 1.5 miles in 13 minutes or so, plus 1 minute of pushups, 1 minute of situps, and pullups.

I doubt that guy could even do 1 pushup, or even 1 situp. Watching him attempt a pullup would just be painful to watch.

True, however police are not about how they look...but more about their presence. Coleman has that, a fat cop on a segway is a g*d* disgrace. Er..excuse me, gosh darn disgrace.
