I stumbled across this video, and thought I'd share. He is landing in a twin otter (not a very small plane) on one of the islands in the carribean. You gotta be a cool, calm, pilot to pull this one off ( and probably balls of steel too).

St Barts (also in Netherland Antilles) is no fun either. The runway ends at ocean level and starts at halfway up a saddle that (i'm guessing) is 500 feet high. You land from west to east, clear the saddle, put the plane in a radical slip to loose altitude and speed until just before touchdown when you straighten it out.
