To answer: "Why am I here?" Because he can get away with making this whole forum look bad. I would bet on GIM2 there is a thread linking to this thread as a typical G-SUS thread. I've seen hit and run posts like this on other forums where the intent was to post something stupid and then link on another site.

There should be an addendum to the G-SUS rules. If a majority want a member kicked off, he's gone. I've argued with a lot of people here and like them, but this joker needs to be booted out of here.

Yep, we need an "Off with his head!" button. If greater than 50% of the membership hits the button, the poster is banned and the offending thread is deleted.
