He did get a 3 day ban for a personal attack against Liquid. Madfranks gave both Liquid and Phoenix a 3 day ban each for personal attacks against each other.

Do not worry about it Liquid. Not everybody is perfect and you apologized for it. In the heat of battle, things get said that would normally would not get said online or offline. It happens to everybody at some point in time.
