I suppose those are stats for the US only...take a looksy at the same picture from a global perspective....the top 19 countries with the greatest rate of AIDS are all in africa, if not for Haiti in #20 spot, it'd go to the first 32.... :o

"black" people produce a greater response to things like vacinations than white people. This is measured in their blood. As the HIV has yet to be isolated the responses being detected could be in response to overall bodily stresses. I am suspicious that in white people this is diagnosed as "chronic fatigue syndrome" because white people produce less identifiable responses to over stretching their bodies. I am talking about poor diets coupled with heavy drug uses including alchohol and chemicals - drugs and other things like nitrates which might come from things like Amyl or high consumption of false energy/false sugar drinks etc. Also a lack of rest and recuperation. Say someone who lived a hard nightclubbing/partying lifestyle might end up with chronic fatigue syndrome. If they are black they might have a high level of the indicators assumed to indicate HIV is present.
