I use download helper in Firefox to grab YT's..... if I was doing that kind of thing. (Might be) Still pretty slow on this one though @ possibly ~20k. (might) Gonna take a while. Sometimes might be very quick.

I ripped it from the YouTube site at 720p. I can change the format to AVI or Mpeg and host it off my FTP server if someone wants it.

I'm converting it to Mpeg now, should take about an hour or so. Once it's finished I'll put it up on my FTP server.
