Yea, I gotta agree. It doesn't look like he had a gun or anything that could be used as a weapon.
....but it's ok, as they were just following policy. ::)

Termination of the suspect can be executed by various methods; beating, tasing & shooting being the most commonly preferred method utilized by peace officers.

In the video you hear the dispatcher say something to the effect of, "Please be advised, the driver has a history of CCW". Seamed like the guy was chimping out, and they blasted him for that and HIS OWN HISTORY. I'm not agreeing with it, but the video doesn't show the WHOLE story. Just my 2 cents.

Based upon what I saw, that was an unjustified shooting. Seems like the cops over-reacted, and shot an unarmed man.

I often wonder, how these dash cam videos leak out to the public. This video should be used in the internal affairs investigation in this shooting.

I am not disagreeing with these videos being public, but do wonder 'why'. A population scared of the police is just another fear tactic used to take more of our rights way.

Damn shame.

Trigger happy cops if you ask me. No need for deadly force. Shoot first ask questions later policy as always. Did the man die?

They shot him a good 6 times. He's not moving at the end. I'd say it's not looking good for him. >:(

Didn't realized they shot him more than once. I only watch the video once though...and yeah I noticed he wasn't moving and was wondering if the one shot (now I know more than one) killed him.
