Beard or not, he's on the money. Besides, it's not the man one should believe, but rather the data presented by the man.

I've read Appelate Court rulings that as much as stated what he shows in part 5
i.e. that us citizens only have access to certain Amendments via Legislative decree.

Which is the reason why you'll never hear gov referring to your Unalienable Rights, but rather only to your Civil Rights.

I grew a beard about 15 years ago. As soon as it got 3" long, I started lying. I couldn't help myself. I became a compulsive liar. The longer the beard got, the more I lied. I couldn't take it anymore and I cut off the beard. As soon as I cut it off the lying stopped. :D (that was a lie)

This is outstanding stuff. The information is part what I know and part new revelations for me. The information pertaining to Grand Juries is powerful.

I did not know the compostition of, or how to convene a Grand Jury. In Australia there are Grand Jury Indictments outstanding against the current Prime Minister (in care taker mode) and a prior Prime Minister, namely John Howard. All that is missing is the Grand Jury itself. One has not been convened because no one knows how to do it.

Also, the situation of Sovereign versus citizen. I have a personal example of a court matter where I had to "elect" to go to court (you see I had to volunteer or request to go to court) and also where "I" had to issue the court with an order with regards to a conviction. I have to say I got lost in the imposing nature of it all and failed myself and my faith. I said to a friend at the time that the paperwork clearly stated that I was making the orders of what the court should do.

I can see a new path now. It is much bigger and I think better than the one I had seen before. All I can say is wow.
