http://www.rense.com/general90/roth.htm ... When nuclear power is eliminated from the hands of all nationalist
governments, the Rothschilds will control their own as a monopoly and their secret private
space-based delivery system as well. Say hello to your new god.

Obama's Plan for Elimination of Nation-Controlled Nuclear Power is a revival of the "Baruch Plan" for a world government monopoly of nuclear weapons, ensuring that no individual nation could control atomic power either for defense or peaceful uses. Under the Baruch Plan (a plan worked out with Rothschild agent and infiltrated communist agent Secretary of State Dean Acheson and David Lilienthal, the Lazard Freres head of the US Atomic Energy Commission, who invented the term "multinational corporation" and who later founded, with money from Lazard Freres, the international engineering venture company, Development and Resources Corporation, funded by governments and following the model Lilienthal developed from experience gained heading the Tennessee Valley Authority, the US's first great socialist development project. The Development and Resources Corporation functioned much like Halliburton, Schlumberger and Tesco. Although originally funded by Lazard Freres, the company was later bought by the oldest son of Nelson Rockefeller, Rodman Rockefeller, president of the International Basic Economy Corporation (a pioneer and leader in commercial genetics and global agribusiness Â* Rodman also was the American co-chair of the Mexico-United States Business Committee which produced the North American Free Trade Agreement -- but Development and Resources Corporation foundered when the Shah of Iran was overthrown by a movement of Moslem nationalists abrogated all contracts with the company.

Baruch invented the term Cold War, just as his owned minion Winston Churchill invented the term "Iron Curtain." Lilienthal, for a time, headed that part of the Military Industrial Complex that kept the US in atomic weapons, in an arms race bankrolled with borrowings from Lazard Freres and other Rothschild-allied investment banks.

As I was saying, the Obama Plan is simply the latest attempt at implementing a version of the Baruch Plan for a monopoly of atomic power by international power unanswerable to any nation.

Baruch, Acheson and Lilenthal proposed an International Atomic Development Authority with complete power over atomic development all over the world and complete power to use atomic power to prevent atomic power. The movie The Day the Earth Stood Still was based on a story that was propaganda for the Baruch Plan, with the UN AEC taking the part of all-powerful and indestructible Gort the robot Â* the message laid out by Clatu the representative of the "united planets" being: "follow us and live in peace or pursue your present course and face obliteration." When nations no longer have control of nuclear power only Zionist Internationalism (the interests now running the United States against the interests of the American people) will have them and peace and cheap electricity will not be their primary function.

Obama's plan to eliminate all nuclear power from countries not under total Rothschild control and then to phase it away from governments completely so that only weapons secretly in the hands of the Money Power's own secret private (mercenary power above the armed forces of national powers) will exist to rule the earth brooking no interference from any organization of resistance.

When nuclear power is eliminated from the hands of all nationalist governments -- Iran is one of the last -- the Rothschild interests will have a monopoly of true nuclear super-power status -- a term that today is absurdly applied to the United States which no less a Rothschild asset than is Israel, a nation the Rothschilds' have won in a financial crap game using loaded dice. those of the "approved" Zionist internationalist arsenals and their secret private space-based capability as well.

If you doubt this than you have failed to thing long enough on the power of secret multi-trillionaires who control a monopoly of credit in the world as well as a network of secret societies that have worked to place their members in every geopolitical strategic point throughout the world Â* including China, Russia and India. Not only does the Jewish money power control secret stockpiles of nuclear weapons (in addition to the secret arsenal of Israel -- likely known only to Zionist Jews and any others whose absolutel loyal to the Money Power dynasties has been firmly established.

I should mention also here my conclusion that Baruch Plan nuclear domination of the species will also be augmented by already existing systems of weaponized weather modification and the ability to destroy and coercively control through what may be called weaponized private international credit monopoly.

The Obama plan is no more for world peace and the peaceful development of cheap energy for mankind that was the Baruch Plan.

Once the threat of even the potential of non-Jewish-controlled atomic weapons that could threaten Jerusalem and Jewish global supremacy is eliminated, you will see a ruthless arrogance against all critics of Jews that will make all previous genocides of history (both real and imagined) pale in comparison.

Obama is working for the Rothschilds and his plan for eliminating atomic weapons from the hands of representative governments (like the US wishes it still was) and national governments (like Iran) will render Obama's masters the Lords of the Earth (which they pretty much are already.) With this final power over others, Zionism will become not so much a global nobility as a global divinity with the power of Gods over men Â* the bankers having stolen from general mankind the gift of Prometheus so they can lord over them with impunity.

I wish Iran luck -- but they are in big trouble because they mistakenly believed that Putin was independent and would back them up. The truth is Iran has no friends it can count on, even as Iran may be one of the few nations remaining that the American people, if they understood their true best interests, could call their friend.

The Obama's Baruch Plan is probably going to succeed -- just like Obama's (formerly Hillary Clinton's) Health Care Plan.

I've looked at the leaders you keep throwing up for me to get behind -- Ron Paul, Sarah Palin, Ralph Nader, Alex Jones, Jesse Ventura...and on that basis I can tell you with confidence -- you're getting the new Baruch Plan and you have earned it.

Is this really any 'plan' or mainly just a small part of the destruction of North America industry by its 'rulers'?
As oil runs down nuclear power is the thing that will keep industrial civilization going the next hundred years. Assuming the rulers don't go out of their way to shut things down or sell it off.

Feds keep lid on Atomic Energy Canada sale report (http://www.canada.com/health/Feds+keep+Atomic+Energy+Canada+sale+report/2121029/story.html)

OTTAWA — The federal government said late Monday it had received a report it commissioned on the best way to break up and sell Atomic Energy Canada Ltd. — but refused to release the report's recommendations, citing "commercial confidentiality considerations."

Natural Resources Minister Lisa Raitt announced last spring that the government was prepared to break up AECL, a Crown corporation, into two parts.

One part would include the business responsible for selling and building CANDU reactors, the large powerful machines that provide electricity at plants in New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario. The government signalled its intention to a seek a private sector partner to buy all or part of the CANDU business.

The other part would cover AECL's research function, centred around the Chalk River Laboratory in eastern Ontario, home to the National Research Universal (NRU) reactor. The NRU, the world's oldest reactor, is currently shut down and undergoing lengthy and costly repairs. But as recently as the summer of 2008, it was producing nearly the entire world's supply of medical isotopes, used to help diagnose and treat cancer and other diseases. The government has no plans to sell that research unit, although Raitt said she hoped to hire a private sector partner to manage that business.

Raitt commissioned investment bankers N.M. Rothschild and Sons Ltd. last spring to provide some recommendations on how to proceed with that restructuring.

An industry source, who works for a private sector competitor of AECL's power business, said the Rothschild review was a difficult one, mostly because there appeared to be little appetite in the private sector to invest in AECL's CANDU technology. That lack of interest is partly a result of the economic downturn — which has made it more difficult for companies to find investment capital — but it is also partly due to the fact that the CANDU technology is largely seen as a niche product with a worldwide market share of less than five per cent.

Although the federal government has sunk billions of tax dollars into AECL over more than 50 years, the industry source said Ottawa would be lucky to receive $300 million in any sale of the business.

The likely list of bidders for AECL is a short one and includes Areva Group, Westinghouse Electric Co., General Electric, and Montreal-based SNC-Lavalin.

Raitt issued a brief statement Monday night saying it had received the report and had started its own review. At the same time she hired Rothschild, Raitt also named David Leith, a former deputy chairman at CIBC World Markets, as her adviser on the restructuring.

Raitt said the Rothschild report would not be made public "due to commercial confidentiality considerations."

"Our commitment to move forward with the restructuring of AECL remains very much at the heart of our nuclear agenda," Raitt said.

Head of state atomic energy agency says investors will benefit from unit’s acquisition of majority stake (http://www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-investor/uranium-one-to-stay-public/article1683407/)

The interests of a massive state-owned nuclear company can coincide with those of a small Canadian uranium miner, a former Russian prime minister reassured investors and shareholders of Uranium One (UUU-T3.42-0.08-2.29%) on Tuesday.

Sergey Kirienko, now the director general of the Russian state atomic energy agency Rosatom, was in Toronto to outline how his organization’s acquisition of a 51 per cent stake in Uranium One will help Russia’s ambitions as one of the biggest vertically integrated players in the nuclear sector, while letting the Canadian outfit piggyback on that international growth.

In June, Rosatom’s uranium mining subsidiary ARMZ announced it planned to boost its minority stake in Uranium One to 51 per cent, in return for $610-million and a half interest in two mines in Kazakhstan. The plan goes to shareholders next week, and Uranium One chief executive officer Jean Nortier says early indications are that a large majority will approve.

In an interview with The Globe and Mail and a luncheon speech to Uranium One shareholders, investors and investment bankers, Mr. Kirienko stressed that Rosatom is in transition from its past as a closed, opaque government agency.

Now, he said, it has split off the military nuclear business into a separate arm, and the civilian work is operating as a transparent, commercial entity. While Mr. Kirienko is a former politician – he was prime minister for about five months in 1998 under president Boris Yeltsin – and he runs a government-owned agency, “we draw a clear line between the national interest of Russia and its economic interests abroad,” he said.

With demand for nuclear power growing sharply around the world, Rosatom is in a position to make gains on its two biggest nuclear plant-building rivals, Toshiba Corp.’s Westinghouse division and France’s Areva Group.

One area where Rosatom falls short is in raw uranium mining – it controls only 7 per cent of worldwide production, while it generates 40 per cent of enriched uranium and builds 20 per cent of new reactors. That’s where Uranium One comes in, Mr. Kirienko said.

The Canadian company will be the “global platform” for Rosatom’s uranium ambitions, including further mine acquisitions – likely in Kazakhstan and Africa over the short term.

Uranium One will stay as a public company, Mr. Kirienko said, so it can be used to access capital markets worldwide.

For minority shareholders, he said, the union will mean guaranteed markets for the uranium the company produces, and an end to concerns over the political risk of Uranium One’s Kazakhstan operations – thanks to Russia’s smooth relations with that country.

The company should also be able to ride the price of uranium, which is certain to increase in the years to come as supplies tighten and demand rises, Mr. Kirienko said. “We’re looking at a shortage-driven market, with an inflexible supply,” he said.

The Uranium One deal will also act as a model for other alliances Rosatom will likely create in the coming years. With 74 nuclear reactors in 15 countries, and 17 more under construction, the company has substantial worldwide ambitions. It already supplies enriched uranium for U.S. nuclear reactors and is currently in discussions about building a uranium enrichment plant in the United States using Russian technology.

When Mr. Kirienko was asked whether the company would like to build reactors in North America, he replied “Why not?” One thing it will not do is bid on the assets of Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd. that Ottawa has put up for sale. Russian reactors use pressurized water technology, so AECL’s heavy-water CANDUs “are not in our area of interest,” he said.

CANDU reactors do not produce any weapons-grade by-products.
