Im newer here, But the way I see it is the board is maturing. Where else can you get National Socialists,born again Christians, Communists and Muslims to discuss the best dog or how to make the best canned apples? What I see in the last week or so is a redefining of the board.Some members,long comfortable in their ability to speak without retort are getting upset when a fresh idea comes about.You dont have to agree with the idea, DEBATE it! present your truths and facts and see how it goes.When I first lurked here, it was all about GIM and its demise, then after that died off and the forum began to take shape.
I feel that everyone here adds something,and those that stubbornly resist any challenge to their own little status quo will get more and more resistant to any challenges of their doctrine. Some will leave, some will come.
