That has to be about the dumbest newscasts I've seen for something significant.

No one is testing the water? WTF?

Before listening to the news cast, I thought it was a paved road I was looking at.

Same thing here, I thought, "Whats so fishy smelling about a slightly cracked road.

They need to rush a cannery to that dead zone and harvest all that protein to sell to some baby food manufacture like Gerbers. The same FDA food inspector teams that guard our chicken egg farm factories can handle the paperwork.
