The problem is with this is you are trying to use law with the lawless.
Kiddies don't try this at home.
I have had a passing interest in the sovereign citizen movement but until you realize that you are dealing with either criminal psychopaths, or thoroughly indoctrinated sheeple any legal merit this may have gets thrown out the window.

Leaderless resistance you pay your taxes and stay out of trouble with the man but work towards freedom everyday and everyway.

Can't do much if one of those bailiffs took him away and threw him in jail. The system will bury you with fines and legal bills.

How many of these sovereign citizen guys are in jail or buried in legalbills?

There is no such thing. Sorry. Nice try. He is sovereign but not citizen. I doubt that will be the last time I point that out. I'm sure you haven't listened to the interview? Tell me I'm wrong.

The way to succeed with this is to make yourself so distasteful to them, so difficult to rob that they go somewhere else. These people are like burgulars. They will skip a difficult target and go for the easy one. Which one are you?

It will be interesting to see what the second phase of this is. I really want to know more about what his deterrent technique looks like.

The courts operate in admiralty. Maritime liens are poison to these guys. Of course they use them on you but don't like having them used against them. I can see a situation where liens against them make it impossible for them to do "business". IMO that is the only way to shut their system down. Strangle it with liens.
