Since Friday there's been a Sheriffs car at temple?

I understand that this Friday was the start of some jewish holiday, but here are the questions I have.

1 - Who is paying for this empty vehicle to be in the parking lot?
2 - What happens if someone dies because the city lacked an additional car?
3 - Are there sheriffs cars parked at Churches during Easter and Christmas?

I'll post a picture later, but I'm curious to see what you folks think.

My ex wife use to tell me that her precents would have a H.O.W car (house of worship)

I never asked but I do remeber they only time HOW car made the rounds was the Jewish Holidays
