Prayers for the sick

I am just putting this out there to my GSus friends who have faith, that I am praying for Ponce to be returned to health. I'm not over reacting with Ponce here either. I don't know the details of his condition, all I know is he is not feeling good, he went to the hospital, and he's an old fella, so whether it's just a headache or testicular cancer doesn't matter to me, the intent to to help get his health restored.


I was going to entitle this thread "Prayers for Ponce", but there are always people out there that need prayers.

There are people out there that don't have anyone out there to pray for them, so I invite you to pray for Ponce to be returned to health, and pray for the people who have no one that prays for them.

If anyone has anyone else in mind that they would like me to pray on behalf of, let me know.

I posted this in General for a couple days viewing, but feel free to move it to Religion after a time, Mods.

Lets pray for God's will to be done, whatever it is.

He is the only One who knows what is the best for each of us.

One thing that we must always consider is HUMAN WILL. God does not heal anyone who will not be healed. In most, if not all cases of healing in the bible, there was the CHOICE of the individual in agreement with the hand of God to cure the sick, lame or dead. Any who would be healed should surrender their lives to God and trust Him for direction and provision.

God has a perfect plan and can use anyone to affect His desired outcomes. We must choose to be part of that plan.

Sorry to be preachy here, but we are in the last days of this world and things are going to get real dicey real soon. Today we have the luxury to be picky about near everything. That will soon change to some basic and difficult choices.

I figured that goes without saying, so I never spelled it out.

Every prayer I make, I end with "In accordance with Your will". I figured everyone would pray that way for some reason. Good post G2Rad.

Tell Ponce to take his finger off of the trigger while running and jumping over things. I am more concerned now with a gun accident, than anything health related. ;D Hopefully the gun is pointed in the direction of TPTB.

Hope you feel better soon Ponce! Stay well because I may need to trade silver for TP in the near future.
