I have a video that is in pieces, which is a DVD rip, which I would like to put on a DVD in order to watch on my TV.
Right now, it is divided into an assortment of file folders, etc, and I don't know how to piece it together, or which program to use.
Anyone offer any help?

They are M4V files, whatever that is.

M4V is a file container format used by Apple's iTunes application. The M4V file format is a video file format developed by Apple and is very close to MP4 format. The differences are optional Apple's DRM copyright protection and the treatment of AC3 (Dolby Digital) audio which is not standardized for MP4 container.
Apple uses M4V files to encode TV episodes, movies, and music videos in the iTunes Store. The copyright of M4V files may be protected by using Apple's FairPlay DRM copyright protection. To play a protected M4V file, the computer needs to be authorized (using iTunes) with the account that was used to purchase the video. However, unprotected M4V files without AC3 audio may be recognized and played by other video players by changing the file extension from ā.m4vā to ā.mp4ā.
Besides Apple iTunes and Apple QuickTime Player, M4V files can also be opened and played with the version of Windows Media Player included with Windows 7, Media Player Classic, RealNetworks RealPlayer, VideoLAN VLC media player and Nero Showtime (included with Nero (software suite)). The format, with DRM removed, can also be played in the webOS Video Player for use on the Palm Pre and Palm Pixi smartphones.
M4V video with FairPlay attached to it is read in QuickTime as AVC0 Media.

This is the Magpul Dynamics "Art of the tactical Pistol" video.
I was hoping I could burn it onto a DVD and watch it somehow...

Yeah, I'm watching it on Windows media player, but it's more for my wife's sake. She isn't going to want to sit in front of a computer monitor for hours, but I could get her to watch it if it was on a DVD, you know what I mean?
No big deal. Don't trouble yourself, Cebu. I appreciate any info you have to offer, but I can probably find out a way from some friends sooner or later.

I would download the avi then use a free program called "VSO DivxToDVD" to convert it to a dvd format. Then use nero to burn that to a dvd.

There is a program called ImgBurn, which is always free.
http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
Use this program to convert all your split up files into one single .iso file. There's an option for it, you'll see it (convert to image file; image is the same thing as .iso)
Then use the program to write the .iso format onto a DVD. (select .iso file as source, select DVD drive as target)
It will play on any region 1 DVD player, as though it were an exact copy of the DVD.

I DL'ed imgburn and installed it. I tried to burn the file into a DVD, but it didn't work. (None of my players would recognize it)
Mind you, I was in a major rush and it was my first time using the program, so I will try again when I can take my time and make sure I hit all the right buttons. Hopefully it works. That Magpul Dynamics is an aweseom school. I wouldn't mind going there for a week or 10!
